About

Welcome to my website. I am a PhD student at the work group Political System of Germany  at the University of Oldenburg/Germany.

I hold an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Oldenburg and a Diploma in Business Administration (Dual Degree Program) from the University of Applied Sciences Magedburg-Stendal. Before engaging in public administration research I worked as an auditing assistant and accountant.

My research focuses on behavioral aspects of bureaucratic decision making. I am particularly interested in the link between attitudes and behavior regarding risk preferences, prosocial attitudes, and discriminating tendencies in the context of public administration. I specialized in using quantitative and experimental methods.
